Thank you for your interest in Cape Cod Christian Academy! The University-Model® allows parents to participate in their children’s education while retaining all of the benefits of a school community, at a fraction of the cost of a traditional five-day school. Small class sizes and individualized attention help provide a great learning atmosphere.
Cape Cod Christian Academy is now accepting names for our waitlist for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Admissions Process
1. Pray
Pray and consider your family’s needs for education and whether those needs would best be met by Cape Cod Christian Academy.
2. Educational Consultation
Schedule an educational consultation, contact us at info@capecodchristianacademy.org or 774-212-0679.
3. Application
- Returning Families
Filling out re-enrollment documents on the parent portal, tuition deposits ($200), and registration fee ($100) for returning families are due by February 15, 2025.
- New Families
If, after the educational consultation, it is decided that Cape Cod Christian Academy is a fit for your family, you will be invited to fill out an application. The application deadline is March 15, 2025. Applications received after the due date are evaluated on a rolling basis.
4. Financial Aid
Financial Aid Application are also on a rolling basis. Funds are limited, awards are based on demonstrated need. There is a $53 processing fee associated with the Financial Aid Application payable online to Independent School Management.
5. Academic Placement
Students entering Cape Cod Christian Academy will be assessed in reading and math to place them in the appropriate classes for their abilities.
6. Orientation
The final step in preparation for the first day of school is attending the Parent/Teacher training days on August 21st and 22nd, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Only the teaching parent needs to attend.

1/2/2025: Scholarship Application Opens
2/1/2025: Registration Opens for Current Families
2/15/2025: Re-enrollment forms, tuition deposit, and registration fee due for current families, registration opens to the general public
3/15/2025: Applications due for new families, financial aid award recipients notified in mid-March
